Though Applied Visions has grown significantly since its creation in 1987, we still maintain our small company atmosphere. We are a team that enjoys sharing time together, whether it is at our Friday Star Trek™ screenings, up on rooftop deck for some midday brainstorming, or at the annual clam bake.
We know that innovation becomes reality when people are in a place where they feel comfortable and can share their ideas. We have made a concerted effort to create that place – by providing offices for focused development and thinking; by keeping conversational areas for team inspiration; and by dedicating space and time for professional development.
We know we’re doing something right – we have a history of low turnover and we have maintained strong relationships with many of our alumni as their careers have taken them beyond our doors. And our team continues to let us know that we are a great place to work.
